Shocking service

RMB Private Bank - Service is just non-existent. Used to be first class. For a client of nearly 20 years, being pushed from one person to another, will never put you through to anyone Senior. Absolutely shocking. Had probably 15 calls and every time there is a different excuse, another reason to not be able to assist. The only reason I rated 1 is because there is no 0
