Shocking service.

I am still waiting for the 'manager" at cradlestone FNB to return my call after trying to help me reverse money that I transerfered incorrectly. Ita more than a month now and I still can't be helped. Calling the call center gets you transferred from pillar to post on one call. The service from fnb is shocking. We will be taking our banking to other banks.
