Poor,bad and unfair practice by fnb

Very Bad practice by Fnb to implement debit order without my consent. Just because I have a cheque account with them who the he'll give the right to implement a debit order towards their credit. For over 15 years I had been paying my credit card by EFT without defaulting on the amount due. For the first time after that long time end of September they fnb just goes ahead to implement the debit order without asking me. Still they charge me to reverse that debit order when it was their poor and unfair practice. As they always say don't put your eggs into one basket. Not wise to have everything held by Fnb. They think when everything in with they now have control over you to do as they like over your monies. Poor and bad service to fnb. I wonder if other banks do the same or they respect their clients by not implementing debit orders without getting their consent.
