please clear my credit

<p>good day, I took a micro loan with firstrand over a year ago,and it has been long paid up but it is still appearing on my credit report..lowering my credit score. please clear it as it is an inconvinience to me! I have loans I took out at other institution after that that have long cleared, I kept thinking it will clear but it's been over a year PLEASE ENSURE IT IS CLEARED SHOWS ACCOUNT IS CLOSED ASAP!</p> <p> </p>
