PATHETIC Insurance Claim with FirstRand Short Term Insurance

FirstRand short-term insurance is the worst short term insurance FirstRand short-term insurance is the worst short term insurance institution I have dealt with in my life span, for me the definition of PATHETIC. I am dealing with the ombudsman to try and resolve my claim for a Cellphone from 26 October 2023. 6 months for a CELLPHONE!!! The last response from FirstRand was 7 January 2024 that my iPhone that was lost was not specified on my policy and that it therefore fell under the unspecified items, I rep**** the next day 8 January 2024 with my policy attached where the iPhone was specified on the policy with it's own premium and specified for R11500. I am yet to receive a response. I will NEVER recommend anyone with FNB to use this short-term insurance just to score some ebucks. PATHETIC service and disregard to clients needs. 11 April 2024 and a simple cellphone claim another Insurance company (Momentum) would of replaced my phone according to the policy within a week guaranteed!
