OTPs not being sent.

I opened an account last week and went to get my card 2days ago, which was an hour long process. Everything went well until I had to setup the app. I already have online banking credentials so I filled those details in bit I cannot do anything because I am not recieving OTPs. I cannot link my PayPal to my account because I am not recieving OTPs. I tried to buy something online, and THAT OTP ARRIVED IMMEDIATELY. I finally thought my problems were resolved, but not 5mins later I still cannot link anything because OTPs are unable to be sent to my device. I cannot even set up ussd banking. I have sent multiple messages to the Instagram page with no assistance. The call centre says my ID number is incorrect. I don't know what to do anymore. I cannot be going into a branch to receive an OTP.
