I would like to thank Philani Mgoma/Mgomezulu not quite sure of his surname 😔 in Ladysmith First National Bank. I have never met such a patient employee. I was walking out of the bank coz they had said network was a problem.. He ask me what up? "told him my app is blocked so as my car and your system is down can't do anything "

He took me back inside the bank and he helped me with so much patience and I was so not there anymore I just wanted to leave , he just said hlisa "umoya kuzolunga" Thanks to him I walked out as a happy FBN customer 🥳🥳🥳 He erased all my bad and unhappy times with Company Amazing person such a Gent. That Guy deserves a Bells🤞🥳🥳🥳
