*****ullent account by Firstrand Bank in my profile at Credit Bureau

I have an account ; ********** account opened against my name by Firstrand Bank Limited. It is showing on Experian credit bureau only ; at other bureaux the account is not showing. It says account was opened on 30/07/2018 but first payment was made on 04/07/2018 - meaning i paid for the loan before I app**** for it no logic at all. Please can this account be removed from my profile as it is affecting my credit score
