FNB HOME LOANS WORST FNB CLIENT SERVICE

FNB Home Loan - Worst Service Provider to their FNB Clients I am a FNB client - myself and my wife purchase a stand - she is with another bank. We app**** together through all the 4 major banks for a loan, ABSA and Nedbank rep**** that they only do building loans, Standard Bank and FNB do loans for empty stand in an estate. After submitting all the documents both banks requested Standard Bank gave us a loan. The reason for this post is for me to inform all FNB clients and potential clients that as if you become a FNB Private Banking Client it means nothing - just another sales catch. What really got to me in this whole process is the way in which FNB treated me as a Private Wealth Banking Client - ******** do not get treated like I just got treated - till today all I get stupid excuses and not even my Private Bankers, yes I apparently have two of them, has any authority in the whole process The best is how they LIE, telling everybody that I never submitted documents - meanwhile I have proof that it was send to them more than once. FNB claims and advertises that they are the Number One when it comes to client service - that is a LIE and False Advertising
