FNB deb order

Banking with FNB and try to reverce a product of FNB Funaral/Life is inpossible..

U dont have a overdraft or funds in your account but FNB dont return the deb order as unpaid infact they allow it to go off and charge u a large sum of money...

How is it possible if U dont have a overdraft agreement that FNB can allow this to happen...
