Fnb *****

My card was ****med at FNB ATM Peddie branch in in Eastern Cape on the 14 April 2024 and R15000 was taken on my card R3000 Atm withdrawal and R12000 swiped at Vodacom Gary Farming and I reported to their ***** department and they gave me case number and said it will take up to 30 working days to investigate. Today they come will the final outcome that the can only refund R3000 only because R12000 was withdrawn using otp which I never recieved a notification with otp. I am not happy with the outcome. I have been with fnb for more than 10 years
