HI I need my R514 refund NOT a R1.66 payment which is a nasty surprise considering it was clearly pointed out with that very first and time-wasting agent of theirs as not the reason of my call. That had been in August and process was followed by myself FRB didn't keep their TAT promise and their blaming it all on COVID19 expresses affiliation to similar ineptitude as seen in ANC business. On Monday, functionary Toffie Faadiel dropped me an email but I still have not received my refund. Please help. Thanks and regards
