First Rand/First National Bank- THE BANK THAT CAN`T HELP!!!!!!!

I went under dedt review in 2008. All the financial institutions with whom I dealt were informed by my attournies. All submitted outstanding amounts and the wheels were set in motion. FNB submitted an amount of R 17072.05 outstanding on my overdraft. In 2009 an amount of plus minus R 23000 was paid to them in a period of 6 months. In 2010 I was threatened by them for non payment and they sent the sherif of Rustenburg to my house. I immediately contacted my attorneys and they sent an email through to FNB. I have all the proof of payments made by the credit regulators as well as SMS messages sent from FNB to my wifes cellphone. My attorneys sent this proof through to them without FNB replying. A year later the same story happened. This time Hammond Pole attorneys sent me a letter stating that FNB was demanding a payment of R 18577.99 or they would take legal action. We contacted Hammond Pole attorneys and explained the situation to them. They asked me to send all the documentation through to them. I did just that and my attorneys submitted all the relevant documents and proof of payment again to FNB. Guess what????-no reply again. My wife phoned Hammond Pole attorneys sometime later after I had sent them the documentation they asked for. Their reply is that they can`t get answers from FNB regarding the account. These are the attorneys who were given the command by FNB to write me a letter. This whole process kept repeating itself year after year. I never received any statement from FNB during this period. I think it is because they sent it to my old address. Also not my fault. I changed my address in 2006 already, just after I had bought my house, and I did receive monthly stataments from them up to the time I went under debt review. In January 2016 FNB sent my wife an email with my old address shown in which they acknowledged the payments recived except for an amount of R 11849.51. This is also very funny because that exact amount shows on my wife`s cellphone as being received by FNB. All I want is to get closure on this matter. All my debts have been settled in full and all financial institutions have sent me paid up letters, except FNB. I have all relevant records that they have been payed more than they had app**** for, but still they insist that I owe them money. I have even been to the branch where I had the account and they were also not helpfull in trying to resolve my problem.
