EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

I'd just like to commend Nadine Dreyer on her exceptional service she provided to me on the 2nd of May 2020.

After numerous attempts of getting assistance via SecureChat, Facebook and the Contact Centre... Finally, Nadine was able to assist.

She was very warm and friendly, patient, efficient and eager to assist.

I'd like to add though that the function of changing your OTP number at the ATM does not work if you don't have the old cell phone number at hand. This should be specified when referring a client to the ATM to change number.
