****** act by blond hair woman working for first help

I am highly disgusted with this company to say the least. My husband is working for a company which is a well respective client of First Help, yesterday one of their vehicles was involved in an accident. When they arrived there they were told that only one person at a time can go in. So my husband stood outside and told the owners son to go in and view the vehicle. Then there was this woman in one of your vehicles who started to shout at him, to swear at him and to swear me and his mother as well, pulling the ****** card. Is this what companies is like today? Is this how they deal with paying customers.

I will make a huge thing about this on social media if I dont get any response.
