Poor service and misleading information

The owner of first help towing company doesn't take his company very serious. There so many complaints about his ******** drivers who misinform clients on the accident scene taking advantage of their unconscious minds more especially if you dont have insurance My brother was in involved in an accident in atterbery on 25.04.22 around d 13hours due to rain and the Driver by Andriaan vantoner took advantage and gave him wrong information that he can tow the car with R750 to our yard and we asked him if is there any place where we can take the car for fixing he then said they have workshop they can fix it and everything included with less than R10.000 only to find that his manager doesn't take that story and demanded R14000 to tow the car for only 30km. CULPRITS ARE MORE BLACK PEOPLE BASED ON PEOPLE IN THE SIDE. AND INDEED WE CALLED HE NEVER ANSWER PHONES. THIS COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE A PLACE IN OUR NEW DEMOCRACY BECAUSE ITS JUST HERE TO MAKE MONEY OUT OF US AND THREATEN TO SELL YOUR CAR, POLICE DONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE. SO FELLOW PEOPLE NEVER GO TO POLICY TO REPORT THIS COMPANY GO STRAIGHT TO OMBUDSMAN OR ELSE THIS PEOPLE WILL CONTINUE ROBBING US INTILL WE CLOSE OFF THEIR OFFICE. THIS MATTER WE TOOK UP TO PITICAL OFFICE OF EFF AND THEY WILL ACT VERY SWIFT TO TEACH THEM A LESSON IF THEY DONT FIX THIS PROBLEM NOW.
