PATHETHIC SERVICE - CAN'T GET HOLD OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a struggle to get hold of these people!!!!!!! When you call their number, the voice can't be heard. And they also don't get back to you...............one e-mail. THIS DOES NOT HELP IF YOU WANT ANSWERS AND WANT TO ORGANIZE THINGS. REALLY PATHETHIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
