No refund!

Cancelled a booking within 7 days of making it. The policy on booking.com stated full refund and zero cancellation fee if canceled more than 14 days before arrival. This is more than 3 months before arrival but no refund has materialized. Very sceptical about this group. Confirmation number *** for Hole in the Wall.
