Female ************ by First Help Tow Truck Driver

This morning at 7:50am I left my house to pick up my domestic worker on Jean Avenue. At the crossing of Von Willich and Lenchen Street the traffic lights were not working thus, it can be seen as a 4-way stop. I approached my robot and I was the first to stop and continued to drive over the intersection - just to see one of your First Help truck drivers skipping his stop. I did not make a fuss, I simply hammered on my breaks to wait for the guy to cross so that I could follow. But. Your driver decided to stop in the middle of the intersection to roll down his window and ask me what I am going to do about being stuck in the middle of a 4-way stop... he kept on hanging from his window to yell more things at me after which I took out my phone to take photos.

How is this okay for your people, who are driving in a branded car, to stop and intimidate a random female in the middle of a busy intersection putting my life at risk? I would like urgent feedback on this as I will be taking this to social media and to every single media platform I can find. I would like a remedy for the steps taken or I will also be taking legal action.
