Dangerous and wreckless driving

I have just witnessed how three towtrucks from this company wrecklessly overtook *******y on Rock cliff drive Northcliff. They forced other drivers off the road and could have caused at least three accidents. It is unacceptable and rude. Orange do not allow you right of way. Only red and blue lights do that. Is there any way to hold these roadhouse accountable?
