Say no to lazy rental company in Three Rivers

The most pathetic place in the whole of Meyerton. I have never been as disgusted with the service and lack of care (negligence) as shown by this business. I have a property that I rent out in the Meyerton area. I should have been cautious after the high turn over rate of my tenants but decided to put some trust in the people. This "trust" resulted in them not depositing a tenant's rental fee until the second week of a month. And the last and final straw. Having a tenant move in with half a month's free rental. Then allowing him to not pay his rental until the second week of the month and finally not getting a deposit from him at all. During all this, I get a runaround and no response from the manager Elsa who is conveniently on vacation and has no care at all. Please, if you want to rent your properties or if you are a tenant yourself do not use this place. It will only result in frustration for both the tenant and owner of the property.
