Beyond expectations

I bought a dinner service from a well known online store and was disappointed that one of the mugs was chipped. I left a review mentioning the breakage. Helen from First World Imports tracked me down with great difficulty and couriered the replacement mug leaving a kind gift of chocolates as well. I must say I was overwhelmed by her committed service and wonderful attitude. The dinner service is great too!
