Increase in premium

Hi<br> <br> On the 16/07/2015 i bought a vehicle with insurance by First touch Communication. Before i bought the vehicle i got a quote from First touch Communication offering me R900 comprehensive cover. When i was being quoted i disclosed all my previous claims. On monday i got a call saying my premium is R2000 which is R1100 more then the initial agreement. When i query the issue they telling me i never disclosed my claims, but when i ask for my telephonic recording they duck and dive. Telling me the manager is not in, this that... Im not pleased at all. I dont have R1100 extra in my budget and i cant return the car at the dealership. Now im sitting with a financial situation i cant handle and they dont want to assist me.
