First Touch Communications NIGHTMARE

<p>I initially had a car insurance policy with pocketsure, it was taken over by First Touch Communications underwrittend by Infiniti. I met an accident last month and have been experiencing extreme hassle with FTC. Both I and FTC bank with Nedbank. I was sent proof of payment last night but the funds have still not reflected in my account (it should have almost immediately as we bank with the same bank. When I questioned FTC about this, they were extremely uncooperative and claimed it was the banks fault. My private banker confirmed that its an error on FTCs side. I then called their finance department and was informed that a number of Nedbank clients called in with similar problems and that is it likely that the payment was not made, The person I was dealing with insists that it is not their error and had not even tried to investigate this matter. He is now not responding to my emails or taking my calls. I am beyond frustrated. A little common courtesy and sense of ownership goes a long way and this company falls far short. I will be moving my policy as I am not prepared to deal with these *********** people ever again. I do not take likely to being spoken to rudely and more so when it is an error or their part. DO NOT TAKE PUT INSURANCE WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!</p>
