HP laptops

First technology is giving me a run around after informing them their HP x360 830 laptops don’t connect to LTE! Which is one of the requirements I stated during the sale. Now they want me to pay for a software that comes with the same model in other IT shops. I want my money back & everyday keeps promising to get back to you! First Tech is a **** and firstshop.
