First Tech / First Shop - always Top Notch

We have bought printer cartridges online from FirstShop for many years and have always been impressed with the prices and speed of delivery but on Saturday I bought an expensive Epson printer online and it was a bit more complicated than the norm. We are a restaurant and this printer is the one for our kitchen orders. I followed up my online purchase with an email to their customer care to make sure that the correct printer was dispatched and had an email correspondence with Hendry Huysamen concerning the matter. Today the printer arrived, we plugged it in and it worked ... what a relief for us so close to Christmas and a big thank you to Hendry and First Shop again for great prices and a very speedy delivery.
