The worst after sales service you can imagine....

Inverter was bought from FT in Durban. The inverter just suddenly gave errors and packed up. (After 4 months of usage). We notified them that we will drive to the closest FT outlet (150km) as we were in town at that time. Firstly the FT technician could not read the email to the call center and missed critical information. Then after we tried many options, they refused us dropping off the inverter at their office. when getting frustrated, they send us a quote for a courier, when we were less than 1km from their offices for business. Needless to say. That is the end of our relationship with FT. We dropped the inverter off at their office at security and left. BS service on the highest level. Rather loose an inverter than ever dealing with those people again.
