Terrible service! Stay away!

I ordered a laptop online on 23 July 2015. I paid for the laptop on the same day. I was told that I would receive the laptop in 5-7 working days. After this period I emailed Colin and asked what was happening, I received no response. I phoned the company twice and got told they \do not know what is happening with my order but someone will phone me back". Of course"
