Poor service from http://www.firsttech.co.za/

I bought an IBM power supply from this online store and it took them 21 days to deliver. What is concerning is that I bought a hard drive from another online shop that also shipped from Europe but later but those good were delivered 5 days earlier. They did not supply me with any system that will allow me to track where my parcel is instead I had to call in or mail to get feedback, to make it worse they were not exact as to where my parcel is instead used terms to confuse me. When the parcel got to their warehouse and had to be shipped to my client's address it took 3 days more to deliver locally which is insane as the clients address is 120 km's away.
