Pathethic online service

I ordered 2 items, Microsoft office and a laptop on the 21st July 2015.<br> <br> The office was delivered within the specified delivery period but not the laptop. I inquired and they knew nothing about why it was not delivered, I then had to follow up numerous times. <br> <br> I was made to feel it was my fault for ordering the laptop. Eventually I was informed there was no stock. The manager Lance was notified of the problem and there too I had to do a song and dance.<br> <br> Today is the 3 August 2015 and I have yet to receive my laptop which was paid for upfront.<br> <br> I will never recommend or use First Technologies service again.<br>
