No stock control and no communication

First Tech took my money on the 26th May, I phoned your call center to confirm if they have stock on the 27th May and stock availability was confirmed. Only on the 30th did they notify me that they did not have stock and that was only because I phoned them. Now I have to fill in all kinds of documents to get my money back, total **** company.
