I WANT MY 250 RANDS BACK FROM first loyalty plus

Hello,my name is vhuhwavho mulaudzi, i joined first loyalty plus only to find that they don't really cover for your holidays,and you travel on their chosen dates,then i commented on their posts on Instagram to actually say i want to cancel,coz i had gone to the bank to cancel then at the bank they i need to call them and cancel,then i started inboxing them on Instagram then i was rep**** by CLINTON NAIDOO,THEN HE SAID HE will ask on of their consultants to contact me which he did,but now when i told them that i want my 250 rands joining fee back they told me that i cant get it back coz it was after the 7 days trial which i wasn't told about when i was joining, my little sister had joined and canceled after the 7 days trial and she got her money back,she wasn't told about the trial,then zanele 1 of the consultants said to me i must send her screenshots feom my little sister of her conversation between Clinton and my little sister,and she will call me back "zanele" i did send her the information on her email and she never rep****, i went to Instagram again and inboxed Clinton he is just ignoring my inboxes he is no longer responding, i need my 250 rands of joining fee back please help me
