Horrific service and product advertising

Firstly the order to 5 days to arrive, not within the 1-3 days as advertised. Secondly, the unit was incorrectly advertised. No where on the description or unit is there any specification that it is a thunderbolt connection, which is why I purchased the product, but low and behold it is a thunderbolt connection which, of course is not compatible with a Cinema Display screen. Upon request to return the product, after 21 days of trying to get authorisation to return, I have been informed that I need to organise and pay for a courier to return the product. Dying to see how long it will take to get a refund.
