Great pro-active service from First Shop / First Technogolies

<p>My trusty HP 50G calculator got ******, and has since been discontinued by HP. Extremely happy I was when I discovered that FirstShop had stock.</p> <p>I did become somehat disappointed when I received a call from FirstShop, when they informed me that due to an error from their supplier, they could not procure this from their supplier anymore, as they were indeed inobtainable, but they did offer to send me the latest replacement model instead, which I accepted.</p> <p>An hour later, I received an email stating that my parcel had been dispatched.</p> <p> </p> <p>I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but still, good proactive service from you guys!</p>
