First Technologies ********* Business

I would not even give this company any stars. I bought a motherboard online from Makro and paid R3700 for it. It was a motherboard which only supported 8th gen processors and i only had a 7th gen. Which i only realised after i opened it.So i asked Makro if i can exchange it. They advised that they would send courier to come and pick it up and inspect it to make sure its working. They then sent it to First Technologies which adviced us that the CPU pins were bent ( By whomever inspected my motherboard) and the packaging was opened but they could only provide photos of the back panel that had a light mark on it and nothing else. After strugling for 2 weeks to get the motherboard back i finally received it in an uphauling state. The box looks like it had been thrown across the room and had been cut with a knife. I even have a report from Matrix computers that states that the motherboard was in MINT condition (NONE of the puns were bent). This place has ********* business practise and it leaves me totally speachless and disgusted. I cant believe that this is what you have to deal with these days.
