Cheap and Nasty

<p>Ordered a printer from First Tech (hponline.co.za), dont expect any customer service after they have taken your money, tried to contact customer service to find out about the delivery of my printer after i recieved an email stating my order is out for delivery spoke to Shaleen Botha who had no clue what she is even supposed to do in her job. Then got hold of Jarred Mann who told me they do not handle the logitstics sides of the order and its up to the customer to phone around and find out what is happening, absolute disgrace of a company. BEWARE the prices might seem attractive but you get what you pay for in terms of customer service, eventually got hold of the supplier they use and collected my printer directly from the supplier.</p>
