Beware! After 30 days you are on your own!

No After sales service should anything goes wrong with your product after 30 days! I bought a router from them and after 9 months, but still under a 12 month guarantee, it broke down. Firstshop advised me that after 30 days from purchase, I must self take it to a repair centre at my own cost. I took the Router to Rectron as advised, and now 3 weeks later it is still not fixed. Nobody has a care or a duty to me to see that I have a product that works. I will never buy anything from Firstshop again!
