Appalling Sales service

<p>On Friday morning I emailed First Technologies requesting a quoe on 4 different wifi routers, a sales consultant by the name of Thomas Khumalo responded requesting my details to complete the quote. I quickly sent this back to him. 2 hours later I called following up on this as my email had said I need this urgently before the end of the day. He then said he was busy with it and would send shortly. 2 hours later around 4pm I called again to follow up and was told he had left for the day. I was furious as i don't understand what kind of work ethic one must have to not care that a customer requests something urgently. I mean he could have at least asked a colleague to assist him if he was busy or unknowledgeable of my request than to not get back to me. Monday morning, Thomas has responded with not even what i asked for, I am applalled by such poor service and such people give the whole company a bad name. I have taken time to send a detailed rquest on email, I get a lousy quote for 1 product alothough I requested 4 quotes as per my email???? First technologies has lost a poetential new customer and I would not recommend them even to my businees assosciates or anyone I know!!! All thanks to a sales guy called Thomas Khumalo, WOW!</p>
