First Tech - Electric Fence Contractor

JJ Kleinhans requested a 70% deposit to sort out the zoning on our electric fence. He came through once or twice; but never did the work & was always making excuses for not coming back to site to sort out the zoning. This went on for weeks. Avoid him like the plague.
