Horrible Service by First Step Auto

Very terrible service. I took my Ford Ecosport car for service to First Step Auto in Pinetown, in Marriandge Drive at the Pineridge Centre instead of returning my car serviced and in good condition, they decided to destroy it by removing the pipe that's connected to the coolant container, the car overheated within 2 hours of receiving it, and on top of that they refused to fix it, I regret taking my car to First Step Auto, if I had taken it to Ford none of this would have happened. I advise and warn consumers to stay away from First Step they will destroy your car and tell you that they will fix your car at your own cost, horrible service, this business is a ****, they are ****ming people.
