First Shot Studio in PMB

We requested the use of first shot studio photobooth at our wedding and paid in full except for R225 for transport last year for a wedding in April. One week before the wedding the owner calls me and said we still owe him half luckily I had proof of payment then he said no it was a mistake. After we paid I asked him several times that what would we do if the booth doesn't work but he said not it work.

On the day of the wedding the both worked for 10 minutes as opposed to the 6 hours we paid for. We called the owner he kept giving instructions over the phone then we asked him to come because no one could figure out his machine but he didn't come or call to apologise. Afterwards started ignoring our calls then when he finally did call us he told us it's not his fault that people couldn't restart the machine and that it didn't make sense for him to drive for 30 minutes to fix something that someone at the wedding can fix (no one could do it by the way including the hotel staff and the photographer)

Till today we still haven't got those few pictures he took or our money back
