Poor Customer service
I received unsatisfactory service at the First school wear shop in Pietermaritzburg Boshof street. Ordered a school jacket for my son in June, ETA was July first since then they have been making empty promises. I spoke to the manager by the name of Mama Ndaba she hasn't kept her promise as well and she blatantly refused to refund me.
