********* BEHAVIOUR OF FIRST ROAD TOWING AND NO REPSONSE TO MY QUERIES

THIS IS THE LETTER THAT I HAVE SENT TO SATRA (SOUTH AFRICAN TOWING AND FIRST ROAD) IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW AND NO RESPONSE FROM FIRST ROAD TO SATRA - PLEASE ASSIST I would like to give you a clearer understanding of what happened on the evening of the accident. I feel that First Road took advantage of the persons in the accident and as both the passenger and the driver who was in critical condition where in shock the tow truck drivers used the situation to their advantage and I believe that this was very ********* of them to do so. Please note again: The passenger of the vehicle was in tremendous shock, both due to the accident and due to the fact that her Fiance, the driver of the vehicle was in extreme critical condition (I have attached a photo of driver). Both driver and passenger do not even remember the two truck being there, I can assure you that this reason is clearly due to the duress they were in at the accident scene. On myself, arriving at the Hospital, I saw the vehicle attached to the tow truck, I went over to ask them why they are there they said that they are waiting for payment for their services. I then asked who had signed and they said nobody and then insisted that I sign liability. I told them that I was not signing liability and I told them to leave the car right there as I would arrange with the AA to collect the vehicle. When they heard this your tow truck drivers refused to leave the vehicle behind as I had instructed. I explained that nobody had signed for the car and that they could not take the car, but they still refused and tool the car away. There was nothing more I could do. I would not sign liability and they would not leave the car. I believe they their action were ********* and used the whole situation to their advantage, knowing and seeing how bad the accident and the people were
