Towing vehicles withou concent

After my son had a bike accident on Monday 11 Janaury 2016, First Road Towing got to the scene after I left, and collected the scooter without concent. After numerous calls I got hold of the tow truck driver of First Road Towing and he informed me that if I pay him his petrol money that he would return the scooter. Francois Barnard (Truck reg: 238FST), has a very bad attitude towards the public, and a concent form was fabricated with ********** address and cell number. After 2 and 1/2 days of hell trying to explain to numerous people in the company, I was allowed to collect the scooter, at my own expense! which would have not been the case if it was left alone. The battery is gone, and with enquiring about it with the truck driver he started screeming, and swearing me before cutting the call.
