Thank you Shadrack

Shadrack was the tow truck driver who attended to me after my accident on 5 Jan. As it was my first accident, and I was in shock, he was very helpful as I just didn't know what to do. He helped me get the correct details from the car that hit me, and told me what to do. he also got the correct vehicle to tow the car etc and explained everything to me. Then with no obligation whatsoever, he called me today to check if I was happy with the towing service, and just to check up on whether or not I got the car back from panel beaters and am happy with the repairs. This was very unexpected that he went the extra mile and very welcoming! Thank you Shardrack, there should be more people like you out there!
