TERRIBLE TOWING SERVICE

i was towed by first road driver call Peter at centurion 3 weeks ago. he towed a ix35 auto by pulling it and as a result he damaged the gear box of the car. I called first road to complain of the matter and in response after 3 weeks, they told me the driver was operating on a personal capacity. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE SINCE THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR ACTIONS. THEY ARE QUICK TO ASK FOR PAYMENT BUT WHEN SUCH SITUATION ARISE THEY POINT FINGERS TO THEIR DRIVERS AND BLAME THEM.<br> <br> WHY DO YOU EMPLOY SUCH *********** DRIVERS WHO DO NOT KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT TOW A AUTOMATIC.
