opportunist they made me pay 4k for taking my car during the accident after I told the driver mr Jacobs that I use pmd insurance and he claimed the call he made was to pmd and make me speak with some guy over the phone so that I can give him my car keys ,I want my refund ,u guys take advantage of the situation when a person is still traumatized u take advantage, I've been trying to call them their giving me run arounds

26 Aug 2019, 10:13the arrogance I got from the lady call yolandi when she calls its out of this world ,she hang up while am still talking to her ,apparently the drivers are just contracted to them the can only go for disciplinary hearing as the service was rendered they wont refund cause I sign the copy before the ambulance take me ****t service ,I wonder if my surname was different will her attitude be the same
