I was involved in an accident on Oct 13th, and the tow truck guys was there before i could get out of the car, and they got approval from my insurance to tow away my vehicle, Then they said that the third party vehicle has to be towed away cos of the damages, too which was not necessary as the car was still drive-able, i asked them if they had authorization from my insurance to tow away the third party vehicle and they said yes,

When i check with the my insurance they said that they did not give authorization to have this vehicle towed away, MARKHAM and his associate are big ********, they just pressurize people into making decisions in a haste and they are *****, is this is how First road handle there business by being dishonest to the public just to make money out of them,

Because of people like these other tow truck operators get a bad reputation. These guys are just out there for there own benefit, they are not concerned about the victim at that time and the trauma that they are going through, they merely take advantage of people when they are under duress.

Due to there greediness and lack of professionalism today i have to pay for something which could have been avoided.

I would not recommend these ******** to anyone going forth,

To MARKHAM and his associate you guys are con artists whom are ripping the public off at the time of need,

Your service portrayed on behalf of your company is appalling and shocking.
