Refused to give information

<p>I made a deal with a dealer by the name Yusuf Ismail, who promised to pay me if I sell him my car.</p> <p>When I agreed he sent a towing company 1st road, the car was towed only to find I was being conned... </p> <p>I asked for the deal to be cancelled to only get rude responses and threatened by the dealer and the tow driver.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have opened a case which is pending investigation.</p>
