Firsthelp towing services charged me R8,600 to tow my car!!!!!!

Firsthelp stuff (Dries) including the Managers (Robbie and ‘Mike’ apparently not his real name) are ****** and so unprofessional. After agreeing with him that he was going to follow us to the police station. He disappeared on us and the car landed at their premises in Roodepoort. Upon my arrival in industria after making several calls to locate the car and where their offices are. I was told to make a payment of R10,062.50. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager (Robbie)was so unprofessional and asked the receptionist to double the amount. After pleading with him he reduced the amount to R8,600. To avoid further disputes, I decided to make the payment and cleared it immediately. I was told the money had to reflect in their account before the car could be released. I comp**** but I was told the money has not reflected. My car is still with them and I hope my car it will be released tomorrow, 24/08/2020.But it was made clear to me that I need to make an additional R960 to get it towed to my desired destination. This company is getting away with ******. This is horrible!!! I have never experienced anything like this before!!!
